Welcome to Reception at Becket!

Starting school is a huge milestone for both children and their families. We welcome you to Becket Primary School and look forward to starting this exciting journey with you all.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is the building blocks and foundations of every child's learning journey, and we can't wait to share this exciting and important time in your child's life with you all. 

Our class is named after the famous explorer Marco Polo.

My name is Miss Cox and I am your child's teacher. Our full time teaching assistant is Mrs Hawkes and we also have Mr Griffiths who is our apprentice in the class 4 days a week. We are also very lucky to have other members of the team who work with the children on a regular basis.

We held our welcome meeting on Wednesday 5th June. If you were unable to make this meeting then please take a look at the document attached which outlines all of the information that we shared.
