In Year 3 our class is called Francis Drake Class, taught by Mr Davies. 

In Term 1 and Term 2 our topics are history focussed. We are learning about the Stone Age, Bronze Age and the Iron Age in Britain. 

In Term 3 and 4, we continue learning about British history and change our focus to the Roman invasion of Britain in Term 3 and the Anglo Saxons and Vikings in Term 4.

In Term 5 and 6 we change our focus to geography. We learn all about the human and physical features of the UK's counties in Term 5, and then learn about fieldwork in Term 6

Please read regularly (at least 4 times per week) with your child and practise spellings and times tables. Your child has log ins for both Spelling Shed and Times Tables Rockstars which can be accessed on any device with access to the internet.
